老年患者胃镜引导下空肠置管营养支持效果

Elderly Patients Guided by Gastroscope Catheter Jejunum Nutrition Support Effect

目的探讨老年患者胃镜引导下空肠置管营养支持的效果。方法采用胃镜引导结合鼻腔置管方法对24例高龄患者进行空肠置管,观察其临床效果。结果临床效果良好,患者接受性好,营养状态得到提高,无误吸反流现象发生,患者病情得到稳定性控制。结论老年患者胃镜引导下空肠置管营养支持方法有效,临床上值得推荐。

objective To study the effects of nutrition support for eider patients from catheter jejunum guided by gastroscope. Methods 24 patients were operated with jejunum catheter using a combination method of gastroscope guide and nasal catheter. The clinical effects were observed and recorded. Results The clinical effects were good. The patients well accepted the operation and their nutrition status were improved. There was not reverse flow phenomenon occuring and the illness of patients were well controlled. Conclusion For elderl patients, nutrition support from catheter jejunum guided by gastroscope is effective and this method is clinically worth to recommendation.
