摘要
为了使企业员工在企业原则的范围内实现企业的目标 ,企业的高级管理者有必要给员工放权 ,从而发挥员工的创造性 .大型而复杂的企业可以采用诊断控制系统 ,信念控制系统 ,边界系统 ,交互控制系统四种机制来有效激励企业员工 .
In order to realize strategic objective,it is very important that senior managers empower employees and exert employees'creativity while the employees'activities do not deviate from the organization'principles.Four systems including diagnosis control system,belief system,boundary system and interactive control system can be used to motivate employees in larger and complicated enterprises effectively.
