摘要
系统研究了中药粉碎一体机设备的工作原理和功能需求,完成了设备的总体设计和关键零部件的结构设计。构建了设备及其关键零部件的CAD模型,并分析了设备及其关键零部件的装配层次和装配关系。在计算机中完成了设备的数字化预装配,建立了设备的数字化装配模型。
This paper presents systematically the principle of traditional Chinese medicine grinder and analyzes the function demand of the product. The structural designs of the grinder and its key parts are completed. Both the key parts digital model and the whole grinder model are obtained. Then, the assembly levels and relationships of the product and its key parts are deeply analyzed. With the CAD technology, the digital pre-assembly process of the traditional Chinese medicine grinder is analyzed and finally the digital assembly model is established.
