摘要
为了帮助企业高校之间有效地共享设备资源并展开协作,在网络化制造环境下,结合SaaS(软件即服务)服务模式下设备库的特点,对设备共享系统的B/S体系结构、数据层的建模和关键应用技术进行了研究,围绕该结构研究Web2.0技术在设备共享系统的应用技术,并设计了实际应用系统。采用了多种技术对系统性能进行了优化,提高了系统的安全性、可靠性和浏览速度。通过该系统用户可以对本单位提供的设备进行有效的监管,实现仪器设备的开放管理,提高仪器设备的利用率和收益。为促进设备资源的有序化和设备库的建设、维护、使用的大众化提供了新思路。
In order to help enterprises and universities to share equipment resources effectively and to spread coop- eration between enterprises and universities in networked manufacturing environment, combined with SaaS （Soft as a service） service mode, the characteristics of library equipment sharing system equipment B/S architecture, data layer of modeling and key application techniques were studied, respectively. A practical application module was de- signed using Web2.0 technology. System performance was optimized by using various techniques, which improved the system safety, reliability and browsing speed. Utilizing this system users can effectively supervise their equip- ments, realizing the opening of the equipment management, improving the equipment utilization efficiency and ben- efits, the present study provides a new idea to promote the ordering of equipment resources and the popular of the construction, maintenance.
