摘要
提出了根据动力特性试验识别井架的模态参数,运用优化算法修改动力有限元模型,进而评价钻井井架综合性能的方法。针对井架结构特点和激振形式,推导了模态参数识别公式,介绍了有限元模型动力修正的一阶搜索优化算法。利用瞬态刹车激励,对井架进行了现场动力测试,识别出前三阶固有频率和前二阶振型,分析了井架的实际运行状况。仅依据前二阶固有频率,应用一阶搜索的优化算法,对有限元模型进行了修正,该修正模型实现了对前三阶固有频率和应力特征的精确反演,能够用于进一步的静、动力分析和综合性能评价。为钻井过程中整套钻机系统的安全平稳运行提供了新的评价方法。
Comprehensive Performance of drilling derrick is evaluated by identifying the modal ifying the dynamic model. Based on structure characteristics and exciting vibration form of parameters and mod- drilling derrick, the identification formula of modal parameters is derived and the revised first order search method of modifying the dy- namic finite element model is introduced. The field dynamics test is carried out under transient brake excitation, and the first three natural frequencies and the first two vibration modes are identified. The practical running situa- tions of drilling derrick are analyzed. The finite element model is modified with the revised first order search method based on the first two natural frequencies. The modified model can achieve the accurate inversion of the first three natural frequencies and dynamics characteristic, and it can also be used to take further analysis on the static and dynamic behaviors and the comprehensive performance. The new method to evaluate the safe and steady running of the drilling rig during operations is provided.
