关于加强大学生法律意识教育的思考

分析了加强大学生法律意识教育的重要性。提出了大学生应具有依法治国意识、宪法和法律具有最高权威意识、权利与义务相统一意识、公民意识、法律面前人人平等意识等法律意识教育的内容。从理论与实践的结合上归纳出加强大学生法律意识教育的途径 ,即课上和课下结合、选修课和专题讲座结合、讲解和启发结合、理论和实际结合、第二课堂和社会实践活动结合。

This article makes an analysis on the importance of strengthening the education of students legal consciousness.The content of legal consciousness education are put forward,that is,students should have consciousness that we should administer the country according to the law,constitution and law have supreme power and everybody is equal before the law.The ways of strengthening the education of students legal consciousness are summed up from the integration of theory with practice,that is,on class and off class,explanation and illumination,selective course and special topics course,theory and practice,second class and social practice.
