摘要
阐述了开发空天的意义,及信息装备在空天一体架构下的战略作用与战术功能。介绍了临近空间的基本概念及有关特点,分析了临近空间信息装备对未来军事装备发展的重要作用,分析研究了临近信息装备的独特优势,总结了国内外临近空间信息装备的研究现状和发展趋势,结合当前技术研究水平,提出了临近空间信息装备的发展设想,并研究了主要技术实施途径和未来应用领域。
The significance of space-aeronautics exploitation and the strategic importance and tactical performance of information equipment under the space-aeronautics architecture are expatiated. The basic concept and related characteristics of near space are introduced. The important roles of near space infor- mation equipment in military equipment development and its unique advantage are analyzed. The research status and development trend at home and abroad about near space information equipment are summa- rized. In conclusion, the development assumption, the main technology implementing approach and the application field of near space information equipment in the future are proposed respectively.
