Fuzzy Evaluation Modeling on Battle Schemes

作战方案的优选对于充分发挥武器设备的效能,提高有限兵力的作战能力具有十分重要的意义。通过分析作战方案效能评估的指标因素,确定指标相对优属度,应用最小隶属度偏差法,建立了作战方案的模糊优选模型,求解后得出了在该原则下的方案评估结论,为方案的优选提供了一种较为科学的定量分析方法。最后通过实例仿真计算得出了多种作战方案的优劣排序,为指挥员的科学决策提供参考。

Evaluation on battle schemes is very important in showing efficiency of our fire weapons thoroughly and in improving battle effectiveness. By analyzing several evaluating factors and defining their relative membership, the fuzzy evaluation model of the battle schemes is established using the method of tile minimum deviation of membership, and thereby the result under this principle is found out. This is a kind of quantitative analysis method for battle scheme evaluation. Finally, illustrated by examples, all battle schemes according to fine-to-bad principle are listed, and this conclusion offers a reference for the commander.
