SPF级与普通级Hartley豚鼠血液学参数比较

Comparison of Hematological Parameters of SPF and Conventional Hartley Guinea pigs

目的测定SPF级与普通级Hartley豚鼠的血液学参数,并进行比对研究。方法选取300～350 g健康的SPF级和普通级Hartley豚鼠各60只,雌雄各半;运用血液分析仪、全自动生化分析仪,对血液进行生理生化指标测定。结果血液常规值:SPF级雄性豚鼠与普通级(CV)雄性豚鼠的白细胞数、血红蛋白浓度、血小板压积等9项指标差异极显著(P<0.01);SPF级雌性豚鼠与普通级(CV)雌性豚鼠血小板平均分布、单核细胞数、单核细胞比率差异极显著(P<0.01)。血生化值:SPF级雄性豚鼠与普通级(CV)雄性豚鼠比较,总胆固醇、碱性磷酸酶、葡萄糖等8项指标差异极显著(P<0.01);雌性与雄性豚鼠指标比较一致。SPF级豚鼠雌雄之间比较,总胆固醇、碱性磷酸酶、葡萄糖等9项指标差异极显著(P<0.01);普通级豚鼠雌雄之间比较,总胆固醇、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、钾、钠、氯离子差异不显著(P>0.05),其余指标都出现了极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论不同环境、性别对豚鼠血液学参数有重要影响。

Objective To determine and compare the hematological parameters in SPF and Conventional Hartley Guinea pigs.Methods Hematological parameters of the SPF and Conventional Guinea pigs were detected using an automatic hematology analyzer and clinical chemistry analyzer.Results For SPF and CV Guinea pigs of male the 9 indexes as WBC and MCHC have had very significant difference（P〈0.01）.The PDW、MO、MO% have very significant differences（P〈0.01） between SPF and CV Guinea pigs of female.Comparing SPF and CV Guinea pigs of male.,the 8 indexes as CHO、ALP、GLU have very significant differences（P〈0.01）,,the 9 indexes as CHO、ALP、GLU were very significant differences between female and male of SPF Guinea pigs（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Different environment and sex significantly affect the hematological parameters in Guinea pigs.
