潮气量大小对气道阻力测定影响的实验研究

摘要 目的探讨是否严格按照质控标准操作对气道阻力(Raw)检查结果的影响。方法采用Elite/DXTM体积描记仪对60例受检者分别以方法一(浅快呼吸,频率90次/min左右,较小潮气量)和方法二(深快呼吸,频率90次/min左右,较大潮气量)进行常规Raw测定。结果用方法二测定的Raw数值比用方法一测定的大,两种方法结果差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论做好检查前的准备工作,严格控制质量标准,以较小潮气量的浅快呼吸法测定Raw,对于结果的准确性,以及对于患者病情的判断据有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the effect on the airway resistance (Raw) test result by whether operating in strict quality control standards. Methods 60 cases of routine Raw determination in method 1 (shallow fast breathing, frequency of about 90 beats/min, small tidal volume) and methods 2 (deep fast breathing, frequency of about 90 beats/min, large tidal volume) by Elite/DXTM plethysmograph were selected. Results The values of Raw detected by method 2 were larger than by method 1, the difference of the results of two methods was statisticalty significant (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Good prepara- tion before inspection, strict quality standards and by the method of small tidal volume and shallow breathing have im- portant meaning for the accuracy of the results and the judgment of the patient's condition.
