高能聚焦超声与吗啡对晚期胰腺癌疼痛缓解疗效的比较分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨HIFU对晚期胰腺癌的止痛效果和安全性。方法回顾性分析我院2008年1月至2010年12月接受HIFU或药物止痛治疗的52例晚期胰腺癌患者,比较其治疗效果。结果 HIFU治疗后患者的KPS评分优于治疗前(79.5±15.0vs61.2±12.0,P<0.05),亦明显高于药物止痛组(79.5±15.0vs66.4±15.7,P<0.05);HIFU治疗后患者的疼痛评分优于治疗前(2.5±2.1vs5.9±1.2,P<0.05),亦明显优于药物止痛组(2.5±2.1vs3.9±1.1,P<0.05)。HIFU治疗后患者的三大常规、生化和电解质检查无明显异常。结论 HIFU作为一种无创性治疗手段,对于缓解晚期胰腺癌患者的疼痛是安全和有效的。 Objective To investigate the analgesic effect and safety of High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) on patents with advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods 52 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer who accepted HIFU or medication treatment between January 2008 and December 2010 in our hospital were selected in this study. The treatment effects were evaluated and compared. Results The KPS score of patients was increased after HIFU treatment (79.5 ± 15.0 vs 61.2 vs 12.0, P〈0.05), and KPS score of HIFU group was higher than that of medication group (79.5 ± 15.0 vs 66.4 ± 15.7, P〈0.05); The pain score of patients was decreased after HIFU treatment (2.5 ± 2.1 vs 5.9 ± 1.2, P〈0.05), and the pain score of HIFU group was better than that of medication group (2.5 ± 2.1 vs 3.9±1.1, P〈0.05). After HIFU treatment, the conventional detections of blood, urine and stool, biochemical and electrolyte detection showed no obvious change. Conclusion HIFU used as a noninvasive treatment for patients with advanced pancreatic cancer is safe and effective to relieve their pain.
