摘要
探讨了在 DBS-Triton X-1 0 0阴 -非混合表面活性剂存在下 ,显色剂 1 -( 2 -吡啶偶氮 ) -2 -萘酚与锌离子的显色反应条件 ,当 p H为 9.0时 ,最高吸收峰为 558nm,表观摩尔吸光系数κ=0 .52m2 · mo L- 1 ,锌量在 0~ 2 5μg每 2 5m L范围内符合比尔定律 。
This paper studied the color reaction of Zinc with 1 (2 Pyridylazo) 2 Napthol under the coexistence of the negative ion surface active agent DBS and the non ionic surface active agent Triton X 100. The experiment results show that the maximum absorptive length of PAN Zn is 558nm at pH 9.0. The molar absorption is κ =0.52×10 4 m 2·moL -1 ,Beer's law is obeyed with Zinc at 0~1 μg·mL -1 . This method can be used, the author argue, for the determination of the trace amounts of Zinc in human hair.
