摘要
建立小白鼠被动避暗行为的学习和记忆的实验模型 ,并据此模型观察去甲肾上腺素 ( NE)对小白鼠被动避暗行为的建立、保持两过程的影响。结果表明 :NE有加快被动避暗行为的建立的趋势 ,但对行为保持的作用不明显。提示 NE对正常动物学习有促进作用 。
The author of this paper designed an experiment model, which was used to observe the effect of NE on the establishment and maintenance of the passive avoiding behavior in mice. The experiment results show that NE has the tendency to accelerate the establishment of passive avoiding behavior, but has no effect on the maintenance of the behavior. The author argues that NE may promote the learning behavior of normal animals.
