摘要
报道了在温室接种试验基础上 ,对蓝桉接种菌根后生长的研究。用显微镜观察根系表明 ,真菌组合在桉树根系上形成混合菌根 :Laccaria lateritia× Acaulospora laevis。统计分析了苗期菌根接种效应 ,证实了桉树接种菌根菌能显著促进苗木的生长和生物量的积累。蓝桉接种组合 LA,接种 1 6周时与对照苗相比 ,接种苗高生长量增加 2 0 .4 0 %。
In this paper an experiment was made of the hothouse inoculation with ectomycorrhizal and endomycorrihizal fungi to determine their effects on the growth of Eucalyptus globulus samplings. Also the colonization of LA (Laccaria×Acaulospora) fungal combinations were observed and mycorrhizal associations in root systems of Eucalyptus globulus were formulated. Statistic analysis shows that fungal inoculation can remarkably promote the growth height and the biomass stimulation of Eucalyptus globulus.
