青海独一味在低海拔移栽地传粉及结实率的研究

Study on Pollination and Seed-setting Rate of Lamiophlomis Rotata at Low Altitude

目的:研究独一味在低海拔移栽地的结实率。方法:将独一味根茎芽从海拔4 300 m的野生地移栽到海拔为2 366m和3 100 m的多巴及大通实验基地,研究其在移栽地的花粉活力,花粉在柱头上的萌发及自然结实率。结果:独一味在移栽地花粉活力较低,柱头上没有花粉及花粉管的萌发,在栽培地的自然结实率为0。结论:独一味在移栽地传粉效率和结实率都较低。

Objective：To study the seed-setting rate of Lamiophlomis rotata（Benth. ）Kudo from high altitude to low altitude. Methods： The effects of pollen vitality, pollen germination in the stigma and seed-setting rate when the rhizome bud of Lamiophlomis rotata （ Benth. ） Kudo were transplanted from an altitude of 4 300 meters to altitude of 2 366 meters and 3 100 meters of Duoba and Datong experimental station. Results ：In the cultiva- tion, the pollen vitality of Lamiophlomis rotata is low, the pollen tube not germination in stigma and the seed- setting rate is 0. Conclusion：Lamiophlomis rotata＇ s pollination efficiency and seed-setting rate are low in the cultivation.
