摘要
研究了4种苔草种子生物学特性(千粒重、生活力、含水量)和种子主要内含物(淀粉、粗脂肪、粗蛋白质、纤维素、半纤维素和矿质元素)含量与发芽的关系。结果表明:生活力与种子发芽率、发芽指数正相关,千粒重、含水量与发芽率、发芽指数负相关;粗蛋白、粗脂肪、纤维素和矿物质含量对种子发芽率、发芽指数影响较小,淀粉含量与种子的发芽显著正相关,半纤维素与种子发芽负相关。
In this paper, relatonship between Biological characteristics, including 1 O00-seed weight, Viability, moisture content, Main components content （ starch, Crude fat, Crude protein, cellulose, hemicellulose and Macro element） and germination of four Carex specie seeds were studied. The result showed that Viability had a significant positive correlation with germination rate and index of four Carex specie seeds, 1 O00-seed weight, water content had a significant negative correlation with germination index;Crude fat, Crude protein, cellulose and Macro element had litte effection on germination, starch had a significant positive correlation with germina- tion, and hemicellulose had a negative correlation with germination.
