The Meanings and Functions of Technological Intentionality

意向性（intentionality）是现象学的核心概念，对现象学的产生和发展起到了重要作用。德国哲学家黑尔德（K．Held）认为，如今在哲学世界中许多地方都在讨论意向性的概念，例如语言分析和认知主义。“现象学不仅是在诠释最宽泛的理论行为时才依据意向概念，而且也可以借助于这个概念而将更多的哲学清晰性引入实践和伦理的领域”。（黑尔德，第74页）但是，由于意向性作为一个哲学术语，不同于日常语言的用法，而不同的哲学分支对意向性的解释又有些零乱，所以这个术语很容易引起误解。（参见塞尔，第1页）

Intentionality is both the foundation and key word of phenomenology.Husserl's intentionality is the relationship between Noesis and Noema which constitutes the subjectivity and objectivity.Heidegger's intentionality is formal indication which means a pure relationship,and the meanings of relationship are going to be constituted in real contexts.Technological intentionality mediates between human being and the world,which must be understood not so much in meaning as in function.In actual usage,technology actively co-shapes the action of human being and the world presented to them.In design and ethics of technology,we must pay more attention to the material of technology.
