Reflections on Accelerating Modern Notarization

公证在协调利益关系、预防纠纷、稳定社会经济秩序、强化社会管理方面发挥着不可替代的作用,但目前我国公证行业发展不协调的问题仍然比较突出,制约了其职能的发挥。因此我们需要加快建立现代公证法律服务业,按照现代公证业发展路径做大做强公证服务业,为全面建设小康社会提供更多优质高效的公证服务。

Notarization plays an irreplaceable role in coordinating benefits, preventing disputes, stabilizing social economic order and consolidating social management. In China, at present, problems of incompatible development in notarization are very common, which restrict the full play of its functions. Therefore, we need to accelerate the process of establishing modern notarization and make it become bigger and stronger in order to provide superior and efficient notarization service for a well-off society.
