On Procuratorate Participation in Social Management Innovation——from View of the Juvenile Protection Research Group of Beilun District People's Procuratorate Ningbo City,Zhejiang Province

探索少年司法和维护未成年人合法权益的新途径、新方法是检察机关立足检察职能、深入推进社会管理创新的重要工作内容之一。检察机关在少年司法制度领域进行社会管理创新应遵循依法参与、关联参与以及有限参与的原则,以我国《刑事诉讼法》构建的少年刑事司法原则和制度为切入点,立足本职,延伸职能积极参与社会管理创新。

To explore the Juvenile Justice and seek new way and method of maintenance juvenile rights and in- terests is the most important working content of the procuratorial organs basd on procuratorial functions and advan- cing tile social management innovation. The procuratorial organs in juvenile justice system innovation of social man- agement field should be followed in related, legal and limited participation principle. In addition, we should regard the new criminal procedural law constructing the young criminal judicial principle and system as the breakthrough point, based on official duty, extended functions in order to participate actively in social management innovation~
