围绕某省人防地下指挥中心渗漏的治理,分析了渗漏原因,介绍了治理方案和具体施工工艺。根据该地下室的渗漏情况,外墙采用新型刚性防水材料ER防水防腐胶泥进行背水面抹面处理;后浇带采用聚氨酯灌浆材料化学注浆和ER防水防腐胶泥抹面处理相结合的方法,取得了预期的治理效果。

This article analyses leakage causes of an underground civil air defense command center, introducing the treatment and construction technology. According to the basement leakage situation, a new rigid waterproofing material called ER waterproof and anticorrosive daub was applied in the negative side of exterior wail. The combination of polyurethane grouting material and ER waterproof and anticorrosive daub was used in post-cast strip. The above measures achieved expected effects.
