省级公共图书馆政府信息资源组织的现状与对策分析

Status Quo and Countermeasures of Government Information Organization in Provincial Public Libraries

通过对我国省级公共图书馆的政府信息资源组织情况进行调查,目前我国省级公共图书馆在组织政府信息时存在组织标准不统一,自动化组织程度不高,政府信息基本未整合,政府信息特色专题库少等问题。因此,公共图书馆应积极借鉴先进经验,统一政府信息组织标准,敦促制订、完善政府信息保存制度,拓展《政府信息公开目录系统实施指引》,提高公共图书馆组织政府信息的能力。

Survey on status quo of government information resources organization of 31 provincial public libraries in our country shows some problems at present , such as lacking of unified organization standards, low automation degree of organization, the less governmental characteristic database. Therefore, public libraries should take measures actively to learn the advanced experiences, unity government information organization standards, urge related instirutions to establish and improve the preservation system of government information resources, and expand the 《 Implementation Guidelines of Government Information The Open Directory》, so as to enhance the organization ability in public libraries.
