随着超大型液压支架在煤矿综采工作面中的应用愈来愈广泛,其井下拆装设备也显得越发重要。本文提出用一种双钩单铰起吊平移装置来完成这种超大型液压支架拆装设备的部分功能,该装置简化了液压支架拆装设备的系统结构,提高了支架的组装效率,节约了生产成本,具有一定的推广价值。

With more and more popular application of oversize hydraulic support in the fully-mechanized coal mining workface,the device of assembling and disassembling the support plays more important role in underground operation.The paper proposed a double-hook and single-hinge lifting and translating device to carry out partial duty of assembling and disassembling hydraulic supports.The device simplified the constitution of assembling and disassembling device,and enhanced the assembling efficiency and saved the production cost.It had some popularity value.
