摘要
目前在矿山石材荒料的开采中,大多采用成排钻孔和炸药爆破的方式,该采石方式耗能大、石料利用率低、危险性大及对环境破坏大。针对该问题,研制一种以电动机为动力,带动锯片在轨道上旋转运行的专用石材荒料开采设备,为矿山荒料开采提供了一种高效安全的开采装置。
During the quarrying operation of rare stone,drilling in rows and explosive blasting were mostly applied.These quarrying methods are characterized by great energy consumption,low stone utilization rate,great danger and severe environment pollution.In view of these problems,a device specially used for quarrying rare stone was developed,which took the motor as the power supply to drive the saw blade to rotate along the orbit.It was an efficient and safe device for quarrying rare stone.
