摘要
针对目前SABC破磨流程中存在的破碎机"过铁"问题,提出了采用球磨机出料端直接除铁的思路。通过分析磁力弧除铁的工作原理,选择了关键参数,设计了MAS型磁力弧的基本结构。现场的工业应用表明,MAS型磁力弧的除铁效果良好。
In view of the de-ironing during crusher operation in SABC crushing circuit,a method of deironing at the discharge port of the ball mill was proposed.After analyzing the working principle of deironing by magnetic arc,key parameters were determined and basic structure of MAS series magnetic arc was designed.Field application showed that MAS series magnetic arc had good de-ironing effect.
