ICP-MS法测定保健食品用明胶空心胶囊中的重金属 被引量:9

摘要 利用内标元素消除基体干扰以及仪器响应漂移等,建立ICP-MS同时测定空心胶囊中砷、铅、镉、铬、铜5种元素。结果表明:31批次中铬均超过限度,超标率为62%,铬含量平均值为26.8mg/kg,含量最高的为164mg/kg,达限度的80倍多;有2批次砷含量超过1mg/kg,达1.8mg/kg;铜含量有4批超过10mg/kg,最高的为54mg/kg;镉含量均比较低,最高的为0.18 mg/kg;铅含量有14批超过1mg/kg,最高的为5.6 mg/kg。该方法的加标回收率在81%~102.2%,操作简便、快速、结果准确,适用于明胶制空心胶囊中重金属元素的测定。 To determine heavy metal elements(As、Pb、Cd、Cr、Cu)in vacant gelatin capsules by microwave digest ion-ICP-MS,in order to evaluate and control the quality of vacant gelatin capsules.The determination results indicated that :In fifty-one samples,the overproof rate of Cr was 62%,the average content was 26.8 mg/kg,and the highest was 164 mg/kg over 80 times of overproof;As of two samples exceeded mg/kg to 1.8 mg/kg;Cu of four samples exceeded 10 mg/kg,the highest was 54 mg/kg;Cd of all samples were very low;Pb of fourteen samples exceeded 1 mg/kg,the highest was 5.6 mg/kg.The recoveries of the methods were between 81%~ 102.2%.This method is accurate,quickly,accessible and convenient.It can be applied to practical sample analysis.
