摘要
基于ProE三维软件,研究钣金件曲面放样的方法,结合工程实例,创建"天方地圆"型偏置料斗的三维模型,并利用"展平面组"的高级功能生成其展开图,再利用ProE行为建模中的"UDA"分析功能,从放样的边沿曲线上提取点坐标,为数控切割下料提供精确的数据,解决复杂型偏置料斗的放样和自动下料问题。该方法方便、高效、准确,得到的放样曲线均匀光滑,保证焊接焊缝的质量,对于解决复杂型钣金件的放样问题具有实际指导意义。
Based on 3D software of ProE,the lofting method is studied for the curved surface of sheet metal,and the 3D model is created for bias hopper with "Square to Round".The unfold drawing is generated with the advanced function of the "unfold plan group".Further using ProE behavior modeling module of the "UDA" analysis function,the point coordinates are extracted from the lofting curve line,providing the accurate data for numerical control cutting.This method is convenient,efficient,and accurate.The lofting curve line is smooth and ensures the welding quality.It has the practical significance of solving sheet metal lofting for complex curved surface.
