为了降低操作工人的劳动强度,提高生产效率,对手动注油机的注油部件进行设计改造,采用摇杆双滑块回转机构与弹簧夹头组合结构,使操作灵活、方便,达到使用性能要求,生产效率提高近2倍,而且维修方便,使用寿命延长,提高了经济效益,具有较高的实用价值。

In order to reduce the labor intensity of the operating workers,and improve production efficiency,the injection parts of oiling machine were redesigned.By using the rocker double slider swing mechanism and the spring clamp combination structure,the machine achieved performance requirements and was flexible operation and convenient.Moreover,the machine had the characters with production efficiency 2 times improving,easy repairing,longer extended service life,and higher practical value.
