摘要
加热器的放热效率是影响无火焰食品自加热器性能的重要因素。通过研究无火焰食品自加热器中原材料的粒度分布和结合形态,探讨其对放热性能的影响。结果表明,采用-100~+200目的Fe粉,-100目的活性炭,球磨的Fe-C粉和未球磨的Fe粉按0.15∶0.85左右的比例混合,加热器启动速度和放热效率的综合性能最佳。
The exothermal efficiency of the heater is an important factor to affect the performance of flameless food self-heater.This article mainly studied the effect of the particle size distribution and combination forms of the raw material on the exothermal efficiency of the flameless food self-heater.The results showed that comprehensive performance of the startup speed and exothermal efficiency of the heater would be the best using Fe powder of-100~+200 meshes,activated carbon of-100 meshes and the ball-milling Fe-C powder and non ball-milling Fe powder mixed in the proportion of about 0.15∶0.85.
