摘要
作为一种高效温和的新型绿色分离体系,双水相萃取技术以其独特的优点而广泛的应用于生物分离工程、药物化学分析、食品化工等领域,因此倍受国内外研究者的关注。文章综述近5年来双水相萃取技术在蛋白质、多糖、维生素、矿物质、酶、食用色素及香味物质等方面的应用进展,探讨双水相萃取技术在食品工业上的发展前景。
As a novel green separation system with high efficiency and mild conditions,aqueous two-phase extraction was widely used in biological separation engineering,drug chemical analysis and food chemical engineering with its particular advantages,and has gained better recognitions in all over the world.In this paper,the application progress was pivotally reviewed in the field of protein,polysaccharide,vitamins,minerals,enzyme,natural pigment and fragrance material nearly three years and development directions in the future were explored in food industry.
