油菜化学杀雄药物、机理和杂种研究 被引量:21

摘要 16种化学杀雄剂在油菜(B.napus)上的试验表明,0.4%的GA_2单核期处理,1%或1.5%MC_3单核期处理,1.5%KMS-1单核期处理,0.5%乙二胺四乙酸钠单核期处理,能诱导80%以上的不育株。经化学杀雄剂处理后,油莱小孢子发育出现一系列异常现象,此外花药过氧化物同工酶带型少而弱,脱氢酶活力弱等。化学杀雄单低强优势组合湘油11号×466比常规推广品种增产19.2%以上。 The result of studies of is chemical male gametocides on rapeseed (B.napus) were indicated that the percentage of male-sterility plant caused by 0.4% GA,, 1% or 1.5%MG5, 1.5%KMS-1 and 0.5%MG5 at l nucleate pollen stage tratment were more than 80%. The microsporogenesis is abnormal,the peroxidase isoenzyme bands is less and weaker,the dehydrogenase activity is weaker on male sterile anthers of rapeseed induced by chemical male game-tocide.The hybrids produced by chemical male gametocide showed great hetero-sis on seed yield. The seed yield of low erucic acid crosses Xiangyou No.n ×466 over the recommended conventional rapeseed varities 19.26%.
