摘要
目的:采用星点设计-效应面法优化碎米糖化液脱色的工艺条件。方法:以脱色剂活性炭用量、pH值和加热温度为考察因素,以葡萄糖保留率和脱色率为效应值,分别采用多元线性回归和二项式方程拟合,用效应面法优化工艺,制备3批样品并进行验证试验。结果:碎米糖化液活性炭脱色的优化工艺为糖化液加入4%的活性炭后,在pH值3.5~4.5、60℃下脱色,3批样品保留率和脱色率预测值与实测值的平均偏差分别为(5.16±0.12)%、(7.13±0.21)%。结论:本文所建立的脱色工艺简便可行,可为进一步制备注射用葡萄糖的脱色工艺研究提供试验依据。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the decolorization technology of saccharification liquid from broken rice by central com- posite design and response surface methodology. METHODS: The decolorization technology was optimized by response surface methodology (RSM) with dosage of decoloring agents, pH value and heating temperature as factors using the retain rate and the de- coloring rate of glucose as index. The multiple linear regression and binomial regress equation were fitted respectively, and valida- tion test of 3 batches of samples was carried out. RESULTS : The optimum decolorization conditions of saccharification liquid from broken rice were 4% active carbon, pH value of 3.5-4.5, at 60 ℃. Average deviation of predicted value and measured value of re- tention rate and decoloring rate were (5.16 ±0.12)% and (7.13±0.21)% in 3 bathes of samples. CONCLUSION: The decoloriza- tion technology is simple and practicable. It can provide experimental basis for further study on decoloring technology of Glucose for injection.
