The chemical composition and mechanical properties of Monel alloy made in our country are mainly discussed. The smelting technics, casting technics and other technical characteristics are expounder in detail. The results show that Monel alloy which is imported can be obtained by controlling inhaling and deoxidization de aeration during smelting procedures and executing other technological processes strictly.
