放罐泵喘振探析

Analysis of the Surging of Pot-laying Pump

喘振是离心泵时有发生的工况之一。本文基于理论及实践的认识 ,对几个纸厂放罐泵使用情况归纳探讨 ,结合我公司世行项目放罐泵的选用 ,对放罐泵喘振的机理和成因进行定性分析 ,并尝试性地提出防治措施 ,以供类似工况下 。

The surging of centrifugal pump is one of its working conditions which happens sometimes. On the basis of theories and practices, the applied situations of pot laying pumps in some papermaking plants are inducted and discussed. The mechanism and genesis of the surging of the pot laying pump are discussed qualitatively. Preventing and dealing methods with the surging are presented which will benefit to the selection of massive outflow bump at the same working conditions.
