摘要 口服缓、控释多单元制剂因其多方面的优点在药剂学领域中的应用日益广泛。其中,由微丸亚单元压制成的微丸型片兼有缓、控释和多单元制剂的优点。本文就近年来国内外微丸压片技术的研究进展进行综述,归纳和总结了微丸压片的机制、辅料和工艺参数对多单元微丸系统压片性能的影响,并展望了膜控微丸压片技术的发展前景。 Oral modified-release multiple-unit dosage form has been more and more widely used in the pharmaceutical field for its advantages. Tablets of coated pellets combine the advantages of both sustained/controlled release preparations and multiple unit dosage form. This review provides an update in this research field and discusses the mechanisms involved in the compaction of multiparticulate system, and the effects of the materials and process parameters on the properties of the multiple-unit pellet system (MUPS). Furthermore, we look ahead the prospect of tableting of coated pellets.
