中药配合自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹临床观察

Clinical Observation on Chronic Urticaria that was Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine in Coordination with Auto-blood Therapy

目的:观察中药内服配合自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:将70例患者随机分为两组,对照组单纯口服西替利嗪,治疗组采用中药内服配合自血疗法,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:两组患者临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药内服配合自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹比单纯应用西药疗效好。

Objective： To observe the cure effect of chronic urticaria treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with auto-blood therapy. Methods ： 70eases of chronic urticaria were divided into two groups randomly. The control group were treated with oral eitirizine, the therapy group were treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with auto-blood therapy. The cure effects were observed and estimated after eight weeks. Results ： There were significant differences of cure effect between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ）, Conclusion ： The cure effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with auto-blood therapy are better than that in control group.
