中药内外联合治疗湿疹临床疗效观察

本文根据中医理论,结合临床经验,按湿疹各种类型的特点,进行辨证论治。在湿疹急性期和亚急性期,中医的治疗原则是以祛除风、湿、热邪气为主;而在湿疹慢性期的治疗原则以健脾益气、养血活血等扶正治疗为主[1]。在内服中药的同时,外擦中药青鹏膏剂,使其作用于局部,具有活血化瘀、消肿止痛、清热解毒、薄肤止痒之功。结论:内服及外擦中药综合治疗湿疹疗效甚佳。

The curative effect of treating eczema is very good that through oral administration of traditional Chinese decoction and wiping Qingpeng Ointment.
