吹扫捕集-气相色谱法测定粮食中熏蒸剂的残留量 被引量:1

GC Determination of Fumigant Residue in Grain with Purge and Trap Technique

摘要 [目的]提出吹扫捕集-气相色谱测定粮食中多种熏蒸剂的分析方法。[方法]该方法借鉴了EPA方法5035,在粮食中添加1.0~40.0μg/kg质量分数范围的加标试验。[结果]熏蒸剂在0.09~48.0μg/kg时具有良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9996。不同熏蒸剂检出限为0.4~1.5μg/kg(S/N≥4),平均回收率为84.0%~92.7%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.5%~8.7%。[结论]方法简单、高效、灵敏、成本低。 [Aims] Purge and trap technique was applied in the GC determination of residue of fumigant in some grain. [Mothods] According to EPA method 5035, a concentration range of 1.0-40.0μg/kg standard test of adding fumigants in food was conducted. The quantitative analysis was performed with internal standard under the optimum conditions of GC analysis. [Rosults] The calibration curve of fumigant showed good linearity in the range of 0.09-48.0 μg/kg with 1=0.9996, and the detection limit was 0.4-1.5 μg/kg (S/N≥4). Spiked with standard at five levels (n=6), the samples had the average recoveries of 84.0-92.7%, the RSD was 1.5-8.7%. [Conclusions] The method had the advantages of simpleness, conveniece and low cost.
