青南藏区中小学教师教学能力现状调查与分析 被引量:1

摘要 教师的教学能力是制约义务教育发展和影响教学质量与效果的核心要素。通过对青南藏区中小学教师教学能力的专题调查发现,藏区中小学教师的教学能力令人担忧,青南藏区教师的教学设计能力、教学实施能力、教学研究和教学反思能力普遍偏低,与西宁、海东地区教师的教学能力间存在非常显著的差异。藏区教学条件差、师资力量薄弱、职前教育层次低、在职培训机会少、学科与年龄结构不合理、地区整体教育水平低、社会及家长的期望值低、学生汉语基础薄弱等因素是制约教师教学水平发展的主要因素,研究对此提出了相应的对策。 Teachers'teaching ability is the core elements of restricting the development of compulsory education and affecting the quality of teaching. Found by the survey on the topic of the primary and second- ary school teachers'teaching Ability of Tibetan Areas in Southern Qinghai, the primary and junior high school' teaching ability of Tibetan areas is worrying. Teachers' teaching design ability, teaching ability, teaching research and teaching reflection ability are generally low. There are significant differences between the teachers' teaching ability in Xining city and the Tibetan areas. The poor teaching conditions, weak teachers, low level of pre-vocational education,less training opportunities,irrational subject and age struc- ture,overall low level of education,low expectations of the community and the parents,weak Chinese lan- guage foundation are the main factors restricting the level of teachers'development. The study put forward corresponding countermeasures.
