摘要
在高等教育从精英教育向大众化教育转变的过程中出现了教育质量的下滑现象,借鉴企业全面质量管理的思想和方法,建构高校教育质量管理体系是解决教育质量下滑的有效途径。
The higher education in education from elite education to mass appear in the process of the transformation of the education quality decline, from the enterprise the total quality management ideas and methods of university education, the construction quality management system is education quality is going to solve the effective way.
