摘要
[目的]选用5%毒死蜱颗粒剂,通过对韭蛆(Bradysia odoriphaga)药效试验,明确药剂的防治效果、适宜用量、持效期。[方法]采用随机区组排列法进行田间试验,结果采用邓肯式新复极差法检验差异显著性。[结果]5%毒死蜱颗粒剂在1875 g a.i./hm2施用量下,2010、2011年试验结果表明:药后21 d的防效分别达87.07%和84.62%,21 d虫口防效分别达90.22%和89.83%,显著高于对照药剂3%辛硫磷颗粒剂。[结论]建议田间施用1875 g a.i./hm2毒死蜱颗粒剂可有效防治韭蛆。
The effect of chlorpyrifos 5% GR on Bradysia odonphaga was investigated in this study. The control efficiency, optimal dosages and persistence were determined by field trial. [Methods] The field trial was carried out using the randomized block design, and the significance of difference was performed by Duncan's multiple range test (DMRT). [Results] At the concentration of 1875 g a.i./ha, chlorpyrifos 5% GR showed good control efficiency against Bradysia odoriphaga with control of 87.07. and 84.62% after 21 days after treatment in 2010 and 2011, respectively, and insect population control effect are 90.22 and 89.83%, respectively, which is obviously higher than that of phoxim 3% GR at 675 g a.i./ha. [Conclusions] At the concentration of 1 875 g a.i./ha, chlorpyrifos 5% GR could be used to effectively control B. odoriphaga.
