浙江省农药产业现状和发展思考

Current Situation and Development Strategy of the Agrochemicals industry in Zhejiang Province

浙江农药生产大省,近年来产量和销售量稳步增长,企业向规模化发展,呈现规模化水平提高、研发能力增强,产量稳定增加、产品出口为主,产品结构合理、除草剂占优等3大特点;也存在研发能力不足、自主创制产品少,产业集中度低、生产技术能力弱,重复建设突出、产品同质化严重的发展劣势。提出了创新体制机制、提升研发能力,科学集聚产业、推动转型升级,鼓励重组合作、优化产业结构的发展策略。

Zhejiang is a big province in agrochemicals development and the agrochemicals production and sales grow steadily. In recent years, it presents three good trends in agrochemicals development： the enterprises expand production ceaselessly and the dimensions rise to a high level; the capacity continues to increase and export-oriented products increase continuously; the industrial structures are continuously optimized and the product structure tends to be reasonable （herbicides have become the dominant products）; scientific input increases continuously and the research and development ability increases significantly. But some problems also exist at present. For instance, the research and development ability remained inadequate and the enterprises lack products of independent intellectual property rights, the degree of industrial concentration is low and the technologies are of traditional and relatively old-fashioned, redundant construction are still very serious and the coessential products become serious problems. In the future, we should encourage system innovation, enhance R ＆ D capability, guide the industrial clusters scientifically and give impetus to industrial transformation and upgrading, encourage cooperation and optimize industry structureas development strategy of agrochemicals in Zhejiang.
