摘要
变电站一次设备智能化评估是推进智能电网建设亟待解决的问题。为此依据实际项目调研数据,首先建立了变电站一次设备智能化评估模型,然后结合层次分析法和熵权法提出相关系数概念,根据二者相关性提出综合权重计算方法,利用该方法对各个评估指标权重进行计算;同时对传统逼近理想点评估方法进行改进,解决了改变评估目标个数后可能出现的逆排序问题。最后给出实际算例,验证了该评估方法的合理性与准确性。
To promote the construction of smart grid,the intelligent evaluation on primary equipments in substations is a problem to be urgently solved.For this reason,firstly,according to investigation and research data from actual projects an intelligent evaluation model for substation primary equipments is built;then combining with analytical hierarchy process(AHP) and entropy weight method a concept of correlation coefficient is proposed,and based on the correlation between AHP and entropy weight a method to calculate integrated weight is put forward and using this calculation method the weights of evaluation indices are computed,meanwhile,the traditional evaluation method based on technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS) is improved to solve the inverse ordering problem that may occurs when the number of evaluation object is changed;finally,to verify the reasonability and accuracy of the proposed evaluation method a practical calculation example is given.
