摘要
为了在水泥混凝土路面设计方法中合理考虑冻融损伤对路面使用寿命的影响,基于疲劳损耗等效原理,提出通过引入冻融损伤系数kd来考虑冻融损伤对路面使用寿命影响的方法,分析了抗冻等级、年平均交通增长率、区划参数以及最大温度梯度标准值、材料参数和面层厚度等因素对kd的影响。结果表明:除抗冻等级外,其他因素对kd的影响不大;当冻融介质为水溶液时,kd值在0.8左右变动;当冻融介质为盐溶液时,kd值在0.7左右变动。研究成果为在水泥混凝土路面设计中考虑冻融损伤效应提供了一种方法。
In the cement concrete pavement design method, in order to reasonably considering the influence of the freeze-thaw damage to pavement, based on the principle of fatigue dissipation equivalence, a coefficient, kd, was introduced to analyze the influence of freeze-thaw damage on the service life of concrete pavement. The effects of frost resistance level, annual traffic growth rate, parameter associated with climatic zoning for highway, representative value for maximum temperature gradient, material properties and thickness of surface layer on kd were analyzed comprehensively. The results indicate that kd is affected little by these factors except frost resistance level. The value of kd is about 0.8 with the freeze-thaw medium as water, while about 0.7 as salt solution. The research result provides a method for taking into account freeze-thaw damage for the design of cement concrete pavement.
