Cause and solution of medical disputes in STD outpatient clinics

对性病专科门诊医患纠纷发生的原因进行分析。针对纠纷发生的原因,提出加强医院内部的规章制度管理,改善诊疗环境,引进社会服务理念,尊重患者知情权以及普及相关知识等措施。在加大医疗机构内部管理的同时也应该加强政府对医疗环境的管理力度。

Objectives： The paper intends to analyze the causes of medical disputes occurring in the STD outpatient clin-ics. Based on the cause analysis, the paper suggests the hospital have to strengthen the administration and implementation of hos-pital regulations, to improve the environment of clinics, and to introduce the concept of social services, to respect patient＇ s rights to be informed. At the same time, the government should also tighten its control over the medical environment.
