阴茎异常勃起18例心理问题分析及护理干预

Psychological problems and nursing intervention in 18 patients of priapism

目的:探讨和分析阴茎异常勃起患者的心理问题,进行心理护理干预,使患者对疾病有正确的认识,能面对现实,坚定治愈疾病的信心,使治疗达到最佳效果。方法:通过回顾性分析对阴茎异常勃起的18例患者的心理问题进行分析、归类和总结,制定个性化心理护理干预措施,进行个性化的心理护理干预,并进行健康教育。结果:18例患者精神面貌在心理护理前后有明显改变,患者对疾病有了正确的认识,能够很好的配合治疗和护理,取得良好效果。结论:对阴茎异常勃起的特殊患者,进行有效的护理干预和有效的心理护理,可使治疗达到最佳疗效,可提高阴茎异常勃起的治愈效果。

Objectives： To explore and analyze the psychological problems of patients with Priapism in order to conduct proper psychological and nursing intervention. Methods： Based on a retrospective analysis of the psychological problems of pa-tients with priapism, we took individualized psychological and nursing intervention measures. Four psychological instructors and the nurses in charge of the patients cooperated in conducting the individualized health education for the 18 patients. Result： All of the 18 patients showed significant improvement in their spirit after the psychological intervention. The patients fostered a correct understanding of the diseases, cooperated well in the treatment and nursing, and achieved better therapeutic effects. Conclusion： Effective nursing and psychological interventions can produce better therapeutic effects on patients with priapism.
