坚持绿色崛起,是科学发展观在海南的具体化,是今后五年的工作指南和战略部署。海南消防部队决定深入开展"海南绿色崛起,消防怎么办"大讨论活动,着重在"理想信念上融入、素质能力上跟上、消防服务上跟进"上下功夫、见成效,始终坚持用绿色崛起理念来统领消防工作和部队建设科学发展。

The social and economic development based on the green revolution is a definite guideline for the development in Hainan Province. The fire forces in Hainan Province is determined to follow the guideline in terms of ＂sticking to this notion, improving the quality of forces following this guideline and well performing the duty of fire prevention＂.
