摘要
以环氧乙烷环氧丙烷为原料 ,Al( i- Bu) 3 - La( AA) 3 - H2 O为催化剂 ,合成了水溶性环氧乙烷 ( EO)和环氧丙烷 ( PO)的共聚物 ,考察了 EO- PO共聚物在水溶液中的性能 .实验结果表明 :当环氧乙烷与环氧丙烷的质量比在 4∶ 1~ 1 5∶ 1之间时 ,可合成出平均相对分子质量较高 ,且水溶性较好的 EO- PO共聚物 ;EO- PO共聚物的昙点随平均相对分子质量的增大、温度的升高、中性无机盐加入而降低 ,水溶液的粘度随平均相对分子质量的增大而增加 ,随温度的升高、中性无机盐、剪切速率的增大而降低 ,表现出假塑性流体的特征 .
Water soluble EO PO copolymer was synthesized by the reaction of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide, and in the reaction, AI(i Bu) 3 La(AA) 3 H 2O was used as catalyst. The water solubility of the copolymer was discussed. It is shown that when the mass ratio of ethylene oxide to propylene oxide is 4:1~15:1, high avarage relative molecular mass and better water solubility of EO PO copolymer can be obtained.The solubility of the copolymer and the viscosity of its water solution decrease with the increase of its average relative molecular mass, temperature and the concentration of inorganic salt. The viscosity also decrease with the increase of shear rate. The water solution displays the characteristics of pseudoplastic fluid.
