摘要
将无机物中的碘转化为单质碘 ,利用单质碘和丙酮生成碘丙酮的原理 ,由气相色谱测定的碘丙酮的峰面积与单质碘质量之间存在着良好的线性关系 ,利用线性回归方程测定出无机物中碘的含量。该方法线性范围为 2 .7× 1 0 - 5~ 0 .1 4g mL ,回归相关系数为 ρ =0 .992 0和 0 .9955,相对标准偏差 (RSD)范围为 2 .60~ 6.52 %。此方法未见报道。
The paper introdues a new method of determination of iodide ion and iodate ion in inorganic samples.The method is using the principle of the reaction that iodine and acetonecan turn into iodoacetone,to turn iodide ion and iodate into iodine,and drawing up a linear regression equation between the peak area of the result and the content of iodine ,then obtains the quality of iodine in inorganic samples. The liner calibration range is 2.7×10 -5 ~0.14g/mL. The interrelated cofficient is 0.9920 and 0.9995. RSD range is 2.60~6.52%. The method has not been reported previously.
