摘要
图书馆的知识服务是按照公益价值准则,从全社会科学教育文化和谐发展的公益性、便利性和经济性角度,基于知识提供服务,顺应用户"满足"和帮助用户"成功"。我国图书馆"知识服务"从1983年提出以来,先后历经了经验阶段、概念阶段、发展阶段及新阶段。环境论、均衡论和用户论表现的都是图书馆知识服务不同发展阶段用户和环境资源的关系,是图书馆知识服务的理论基础。运筹论是图书馆知识服务的方法论。
Library knowledge services is in accordance with the guidelines of public value, from the point of view of the public welfare, convenience and economics in the harmonious development of science, education and culture of the whole society. It provides services based on knowledge, conforms to the user to "satisfy" and helps users to "success". Our library's "knowledge services" has gone through the experience stage, concept stage, development stage and a new stage since it was put forward in 1983. Environmental theory, equilibrium theory and user theory display the relation of the library knowledge serve users and the environmental resources at different developing stages, and are theoretical foundation of the knowledge service of the library. Theory of planning and management is the methodology of library knowledge service.
