基于用户视角的湖南省高校图书馆特色数字资源建设与共享探析

Exploration of Characteristic Digital Resources Construction and Sharing of University Libraries in Hunan Province—Based on User Research

论文从用户角度统计分析湖南省高校图书馆数字资源建设与共享的情况,主要针对各高校图书馆自建的特色数据库、高校数字化图书馆项目下的特色数据库、CALIS项目下的湖南高校特色数据库进行调查。发现存在条块分割、利用率低等问题,提出提高共享意识、加大宣传力度等建议,希望能够更好实现高校图书馆特色数字资源的共建共享,促进我国高校图书馆信息资源建设的可持续发展。

This paper statistically analyzes college library digital resources construction and sharing in Hunan province. It mainly investigates three projects ： the self-buih characteristic database of university libraries in Hunan, the characteristic database under the project Hunan university digital library, the characteristic database in Hunan province under the project of CALIS. It discovers some problems such as piece seclusion, low utilization rate and so on, and also makes some suggestions such as improving the sense of sharing, intensifying publicity, hoping to better achieve co-construction and sharing of characteristics digital resources in university libraries, so as to promote the sustainable development of university library＇s information resources construction in China.
